How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items will ship within 1-3 days from when the order is placed. If an item is not in stock, the delivery time may be delayed and we will notify you by email. If your order is marked as Special Order, then it will ship within 1-2 weeks.
Will you accept checks from our PTA account?
Enter in all items for your order and also enter in the correct shipping address. When you get the final screen to enter in a payment, click the bottom button to PAY BY CHECK. An invoice will be generated and you will be given the information on where to send your check.
How do I pay with a Gift Certificate?
Place your order as normal and during the checkout process there will be a place for you to enter your gift certificate code. Once you have entered that proper code, your total amount will be reduced by the gift certificate credit amount and you can check out as normal.
What are the shipping rates?
The shipping rates vary depending on which service you choose. All shipping cost options are accurately displayed before you check-out.
USPS Mail: (Under 1 Lb - $2.50 - Under 2 Lbs - $6.50)
UPS Ground: First Item - Will vary by weight & zip code
2nd Day Air: First Item - $18.50 Each additional item $5.00
Next Day Air: First Item - $22.50 Each additional item $8.00
What is your return policy?
You can return any item for a full refund within 30 days from purchase provided the returned item is new condition and/or not been worn or laundered. If you require a return, please contact our office and request a Return Authorization Number before shipping your product back.
