From Officer's List to Standards of Affiliation -

This page is where our Local PTA/PTSA leaders can find everything they need to run their Units!

As of July 1, 2023, Local Units must upload SOA documents in the Givebacks/MemberHub platform (compliance section) instead of sending to your Region Director via e-mail.

Standards of Affiliation Documents
Required Per Arizona PTA Bylaws

SOA Documents are
Due Annually by June 30

Local units must notify Arizona PTA of your Officer's Lists AND submit in Givebacks

AIM due annually by August 15th or a late fee will apply

SOA Documents are due annually by September 30

Taxes due annually by November 15

Due by November 30
